About Us...
Originally known as Stepps & District Riding Club, Strathkelvin Riding Club, formed in March 1980, is based in and around the villages of Muirhead/Chryston, Stepps and Gartcosh in North Lanarkshire. At present we have approximately 80 annual members of all ages and riding abilities.

During the year we run various events and training for our members at all levels, abilities and disciplines. We also participate at the Area Trials, sending teams to many competitions and events.
We offer a varied calendar of events all year round and competitions include Showing, Dressage and Showjumping. We also hold fun days and organise hacks round local beauty spots.
We are always looking for new events to run or fundraising ideas to help the clubs finances, so if any members have any suggestions for events that they would like to participate in, just let us know.
